We understand that sometimes changes need to be made on your project. Whether you’ve simply changed your mind about a selection or want to add another room to the remodel project, there are many good reasons to request a Change Order. This form creates a written record of communication that helps us maintain quality and efficiency on your project and helps to limit surprises such as budget overages. Please fill it out with a list of each potential change you’d like to discuss. Once we receive the form, we’ll set up a phone call or meeting to make sure we get all the details correct. Then we’ll put together an estimate for the changes which will be sent to you as a Change Order. You can approve the Change Order or make more changes at that time. With your approval, we will move forward with the changes you’ve requested.
Please Note:
A $150.00 non-refundable administrative fee applies to each Change Order request whether you approve the change order or not. An electronic invoice for the fee will sent to you when this form is submitted.
No fee will be charged for requests that are solely for scope reductions.
Multiple changes can be included in one request.
All Change Orders will impact the project schedule. Even minor changes may cause delays due to review, procurement, labor rescheduling, or inspections.
